Living with Dyspraxia
AT WORK
At work, adults with Dyspraxia may:
Have difficulty keeping track of paperwork and appointments

Have problems with time management, planning and personal organisation skills
People with Dyspraxia may have difficulty putting their thoughts in order, planning ahead, following instructions and completing tasks.

Have difficulty writing or typing

Experience anxiety
The constant fear of forgetting something important or failing at a task can take a toll through heightened anxiety and sometimes, depression.

Many adults with Dyspraxia use a combination of calendars, alarms and professional organisers to help them keep track of their tasks and organise their day. They form a habit of recording everything and referring to it regularly.
Those with Dyspraxia also make use of speech-to-text software to help them manage writing and typing tasks and sometimes, to help them organise their thoughts.
